We collect the information you provide directly (account details, content you connect to Aidely), and limited telemetry (browser, device, usage) needed to operate the Service.
To run the Service, prevent abuse, communicate with you, and — only with your permission — to improve features for your workspace. We never sell your data.
Customer Data is never used to train models shared with other customers. Per-customer fine-tuning is opt-in and visible in your admin panel.
A current list of sub-processors is published at aidely.com/subprocessors and updated 30 days in advance of changes.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@aidely.com.
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 30 days.
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and UK IDTA for transfers out of the EEA and UK. EU residency available on Enterprise.
