By accessing or using Aidely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on behalf of that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not use Aidely to violate any law, infringe any right, or attempt to derive the underlying model weights or training data. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
You retain all rights to the data you submit. We process it solely to deliver and improve the Service for you. We do not use Customer Data to train shared models.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
